Biomonitoring Alive in CA 2006

After substantial negotiation, the Biomonitoring Act, SB 1379 was passed by the State Assembly (on a vote of 44-31 with 5 abstentions). The new bill establishes what is now called the California Environmental Contaminant Biomonitoring Program, and awaits a signature from Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger.
